Description: You are bidding on an Early Encrusted Large Green Pontiled Champagne bottle that was dug in New Orleans. It is an early crude bottle with an applied ring lip and stretch marks in the neck. It is not tube pontil, but it is pontil. This is the larger size champagne bottle, measuring approx. 11 3/8" high and 3 5/8" at the base. This bottle has some heavy encrusted inside / outside staining, a dull look to the glass with crude stretch marks in the neck of the bottle. All this adds character to this bottle. There are no chips, cracks or damage. This is a nice crude looking bottle. All of this can be seen in the pictures. The bottle is a rare find for collectors of vintage bottles. It is a must-have for any serious collector. Don't miss out on the opportunity to add this bottle to your collection. United States shipping only. Buyers will pay USPS Priority shipping. There are no returns for buyer's remorse. Returns are accepted if not as described.
