Description: The TDT-1 Time Delay Timer is used to delay the activation of equipment by a user selectable time period between 1 minute and 8 minutes. A usual application is to delay the activation of second stage equipment via time instead of using dual bulb thermostats. APPLICATION DuroZone's TDT-1 Time Delay Timer can be used with the DuroZone Multiline Multizone- 8 SBC control panel, SMZ-2 and SMZ-3 to operate 2 stage equipment using standard single stage thermostats. It can also be used by itself to delay the activation of any equipment in the HVAC system. WIRING To install the TDT-1 Timer simply splice the TDT-1 into the "HOT" leg of power to the equipment you wish to delay. The TDT-1 has an adjustment knob integrated into the timer. Set the delay to the desired setting by turning the knob either clockwise to increase the delay or counter clockwise to decrease the delay.
