It doesn't take more than a medium sprinkle to do the job. 1 lb should be able to season 40 to 60 lbs of meat and give good results. Best used at least 2 hours prior to cooking. If you season the meat the night before is even better. It doesn't take much to turn your next meal into a taste you'll remember. We only package seasonings in resealable poly zip bags of 16 oz. Use a suitable shaker that you like to dispense seasonings.
