Description: Dream-Life: A Fable of the Seasons, by Ik Marvel, aka Donald G. Mitchell (author of "Reveries of a Bachelor"). Published in 1891 as a reprint by Charles Scribner's Sons, New York. Hardcover in 3/4 leather and marbled board and endpapers, 4 X 6.5 in., 258 pages, with a frontispiece illustration by Percy Moran. Good, not very good, condition. There's a repaired, one inch crack at the top of the front spine edge and next to that a blemish caused by the removal of a sticker. Chip in the spine head, nicks along the board edges and rubs along the spine edges. Interior is very good: unmarked and securely bound. Occasional, small edge tears (from roughly cut open pages).
