This figure is based on the 1920 silent horror film "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde". The film was released through Paramount/Artcraft. The film is based on Robert Louis Stevenson's novella "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde", starring actor John Barrymore. A story of split personality; Dr. Jekyll a kind and charitable man who believes that everyone has two sides, one good and one evil. Creating and using a potion, his personalities are split, creating havoc. "A tremendous story of man at his best ... and worst!" The Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde figure share a Dual Environment Base which depicts a laboratory and the other a street scene. Dr. Jekyll is 6"in height and Mr. Hyde Figure is 8" in height. This vintage-themed toy is made of high-quality plastic material (2 figures combined into one horrible beast) depicts the Jekyll& Hyde characters in intricate detail, capturing the essence of the horror movie franchise. The figures are multicolored, textured and accessories include lots of Lab equipment and the double-sided lab/street scene diorama. Not for Children under 3 yrs. – Chocking hazards This item is factory sealed never removed from the packaging. The semi-hard viewing plastic is NOT cracked or yellowed and remains attached to the cardboard around 90% of the backing. There are two areas on the bottom and right lower corner where the plastic cover has started to release from the cardboard . And there is some corner and edge wear on this package. Please see photos. This offering is NEW, never been removed from package and has ALL accessories. I am original owner. This was a must-have for me as a collector and fan of the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde franchise.
