Description: Don Larsen 16x20 B&W Autographed with date. Signing was in Cooperstown, NY which is home of baseball and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. The signing was in 1996 and we had Don and all the living teammates of his Perfect Game there for the signing and appearance.My company “Where It All Began” Bat Company hosted this event. Also in attendance for the signing were the other 5 living members of Don’s Perfect Game in the World Series including Slaughter, Bauer, McDougald, Cary, and of course Berra.The item is from my personal collection. I was the Founder/previous owner for 25 years of “Where It All Began” Bat Company in Cooperstown, N.Y. Now retired and at my age I find it time to share/sell many items from my collection. I will be selling through my company “Wholesale City” which was one of the only 11 distributors of Upper Deck Baseball Cards in 1989. With five collectible stores in Connecticut 1975-1990 and then 1990 to present in Cooperstown. We are new to Ebay but surely not the business. Authentication of autographed items is thru my sister company “Cooperstown Authentication” with a tamper proof Hologram. I have used the Hologram almost exclusively for players I’ve hired and items were signed in my company’s presence. (We actually see it signed) We are not a third party authenticator.
