The Heads vary in dimension, and the opener part is about 2" high x 1 5/8" wide. Once the bottle opener is securely mounted to the wall (or cabinet) with the provided screws, just place the bottle under the loop at an slight angle, which catches the cap just under the loop. Move the bottle downward slightly to pry the cap off. Useful as well as decorative. Of course each piece is signed and copyrighted. Makes a great gift! Very few of these have EVER been made!
