This was the first issue in his solo series and the numbering was continued from Strange Tales, which ended with issue #168. My assigned grade can be seen in the pictures as written on the backer board. I am not a professional grader, but I've been collecting comics for over 40 years and consider myself a conservative grader. Please refer to the pictures to make your own determination.
