Description: This is a vintage supplemental/helper handle from a Disston 1/2 man K954 Champion crosscut logging saw. The handle is solid - no chips, cracks or damage. The handle measures 4 3/4 inches from the metal 'cap' to the end of the handle. The wood portion has been cleaned and finished with several coats of shellac and a final coat of paste wax. The metal portions have been lightly cleaned on a brass wheel and coated with paste wax. I have included a new solid rivet for your use. I have taken a number of pictures of this handle, they are an integral part of my description, please look them over carefully for all the finer details they provide. I only accept PayPal.
