Description: Disney's Uncle Remus Stories Chandler Harris 1946/47 First Printing Giant Golden. Based on 1892/1905 Uncle Remus books. The condition is good on the inside and acceptable on the outside. The inside is complete with no rips, marks, creases, or noticeable wear. The bindings are good. 92 pages. About 10" wide x 13" tall. The exterior is solid with a good binding edge. All 4 corners show wear but no too bad for its age (see photos). Also see the photos for some edge damage. The biggest problem lies with the clear gloss coating on the cover (both front and back). It is heavily scuffed all over, which makes the cover look dirty and faded. It is also peeling at the binding edge. Not horrible but not pristine. One strip of clear packing tape would resolve the peeling. From a smoke free home. Shipped in a cardboard box for protection.
