The back is made of wood, next there is a solid layer of cork. The top layer is tufted synthetic fibers. The edges are finished with green grosgrain ribbon. Unlike all other fabrics the tufted fibers allow you to rearrange your pins many times without ever showing pin holes. This is a pin display that will hold up for many years and will always look like new. Fabric will not fade and this will not fall apart. This is a hand made item and will have variations.
