The sharpie signatures have been removed, but telltale remnants of the signatures can still be seen. When handling the helmet up close you can see the markings, while displayed on a shelf it looks perfect. The telltale markings can be seen in some of the photos. This item would be an excellent purchase for a shelf display, or perhaps for someone looking to add their own art to the helmet and make a different cosplay type mash-up creation.
