This Mickey plush is an exclusive to the 1st Disney Disneyana Convention in 1992. It is a limited edition of 1000 and comes with the Gund tag regarding the reproduction. These are number 232. Mickey measures 12" tall and Minnie is a little taller. Both are in very good condition with tag. Minnie does have some light staining on her dress in the back.
