DISCONTINUED Alchemy Gothic Reliquary Heart Locket Necklace P496 Goth Skull Red

Description: Reliquary Heart Locket by Alchemy Gothic P496 "An ostentatiously sized, richly embellished heart locket, to take a generous memento picture; with inner mirror, brass top hinges and magnetic catch. Measures 2" high. Inside is a decoratively etched secret love poem; "Where I am always thou art, Thy image lives within my heart"." A beautiful heart shaped pendant, with scroll detail and a central skull. The interior of the locket has an inscribed poem on one half and a mirror on the other half. The pendant hangs from a double necklace of small black beads and red ribbon, fastened with a lobster clasp. The back of the pendant is decorated with scrolling details and stamped with 2007, the Alchemy Gothic 1977 Rose logo, the A circle logo and Made In England. The necklace was originally produced from 2007 and was discontinued by Alchemy around 2016 and not reissued since then. The necklace is used but is in very good condition. The interior mirror has a few minor surface scratches, the hinges open easily and the magnet holds the locket closed securely. The bead and ribbon necklace is secure with no damage or fraying. The lobster clasp, jump rings, bead ends and ribbon ends are slightly tarnished due to age but are all very secure. Please see photos for details. The necklace has been gently cleaned and lightly polished. It does not come with any of the original packaging or tags. The necklace is approximately 30.5cm long and measures an approximate 51.5cm circumference. The pendant is 5cm long by 4.5cm wide.
