Front derailleur is included. Rear triangle takes v brakes only. Cosmetically, the frame has lots of scratches. Decals are good for their age, outside of one downtime decal that is partially missing. LX front derailleur, Aheadset and seatpost included. Seatpost has been cut but works well with the frame. Shipping is $60 via USPS Mail or FedEx and more for international shipments.
