Be aware of those lower quality products that are labeled bi-cast or PU (pick up) leather as they come from the lower split level of the hide, and then are coated with a polyurethene. They are an inferior quality of leather. The Black leather case internally has a matching soft plush fabric. Each case has 3 separate zippered compartments. There are two loops in the upper compartment, for storing cartridge style insulin pens. The bottom compartment is large enough to store your lancet, testing strips, and your glucometer, while the side compartment can store your pen needles.
