These prints are not?canvas heat transfers?, but genuine giclee inkjet printing on true heavyweight high grade print canvas- not the flimsy polyester variety you find at the giant marts and chains or from some of our online competitors for that matter. We use real wood beveled stretcher bar frames (not particle board), archival inks madeto last over 200 years, and ½? wide heavy gauge staples for extra strength. **An available option to add an acrylic brushstroke texture to any piece adds depth and character by following the original contours of the art to emulate a true brushed appearance. Your piece is made to order which means ink and acrylic drying times come into play. Please allow a 4-6 day production time separate from FedEx or USPS shipping schedules. We use FedEx for most stretched canvas and USPS for all rolled art for all domestic shipping.

SHIPPING
Shipping within the continental US or Canada is FREE. Please contact us for a quote on Alaska, Hawaii, or International shipments. Fees can be prohibitive, due to the size of the package. For example, a 20" x 30" stretched print shipped to London, England would run approx. $120 US via DHL or FedEx international. An alternative to this would be to ship all components necessary to assemble in the destination country (stretcher bars, printed canvas, hanging hardware)in a tube for less. Of course, you can always just buy the canvas print un stretched, and email us for a shipping quote.....

RETURN POLICY

Just about every canvas art company has a return policy and we?re no exception. Generally speaking,there are two instances where you would want to return your art. It was either damaged during shipping, or you just don?t like how it looks on your wall. These problems are no problem. In the event of a damaged shipment, please send a photo to us of the damage (so we can make an insurance claim) and we?ll probably instruct you to destroy the damaged piece (with proof via another emailed photo, of course) and we?ll quickly produce and ship another to you. There?s no point in spending money to ship back a damaged piece! If you just plain don?t like it, please return it within 14 days for a no questions asked full refund less return shipping. We only ask that it be received by us in undamaged resalable condition. Please contact us prior to returning or for any other issue......
