It is marked with a signature I am unable to make out as seen in the pictures as well as 925 and 14K on back. The lage size bale, signature tag and large prongs are all 14k yellow gold and the piece is in excellent preowned condition with no damage or repairs and it is well made. It looks nicer in person and the blue topaz has a facy faceted pillow cut and has lots of sparkle in the light. It measures 1" long by 18mm wide by 13mm deep and it weights 7.3 grams.
