It is 10.25" shorter and 7% lighter than a standard Ruger® 10/22® with a wood stock and 18" barrel. This upgrade is injection-molded using impact resistant glass-reinforced polymer for extraordinary lightweight strength. The overall length of only 26.5" is perfect for small game hunters and especially younger shooters. With a 10/22® action, the extremely compact TREK-22 makes the ultimate truck gun that can go anywhere. Also featured are two compartments for storing 10-round magazines. The integral optics rail allows one to mount any type of optic: iron sights, rod dot, or scope. A sling stud located at the central base of the stock makes it possible to attach a swivel for slinging to the left or right side. Additionally, the straight blade trigger offers a smooth, comfortable, and responsive pull that is reduced from a 6.8 lbs. average to a 4.5 lbs. average. Furthermore, the 13 M-LOK attachment points located at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions of the handguard gives one the ability to add a variety of accessories to this versatile platform.
