What makes this piece stand out is the Brown Border colour and mark which is Very rare. Measures 9.5'' inches Tall and 7.9'' across. Condition is PERFECT for it's age - Photo 7 appears to show some loss on the brown enamel - This is not the case! I believe this is something any serious Derby Collector would want as when will they see another! it's rare to find derby from this Period with a nice chocolate coloured border line but not unheard of, Bonhams sold a Fabulous Trio With Nautical Scenes Painted by Robertson which also had a chocolate coloured border line - I Think it looks more nicer!
