Styrofoam box and outer sleeve are in very good condition. This is part of the Department 56 Snowy Pine Hills Village Series. It was introduced in 1999 and retired in 2000. This Department 56 village building is in new condition with no observed chips, cracks or other visible defects. We are the original retail owner verifying this product has been stored in a smoke free, pet free, climate controlled environment since original purchase.
