Original box has some wear and ruffled edges stains from storage, age, handling. Very nice porcelain painted structure of the Hollydale's Department Store building. This is part of the Christmas in the City series. It comes with six flags and 1 mini potted Christmas Tree for outside the Building. Missing remaining potted trees. Bisque figure expertly hand painted in fine detail. Free of other chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. Again, missing all but 1 of the potted mini Christmas trees that sit on the sidewalk.
