I have found no chips or cracks. The Variety Store, stands approx. 7 1/2 inches tall x 7 1/2 inches long x 5 inches wide. The light cord is included. Also included is " Organ Grinder." It is a 3 piece set. They would be a great addition to your village display. They were purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and have been stored in a smoke free home.
