DESCRIPTION David Amram - “The Arrangement Original Motion Picture Soundtrack” Warner Bros. 7 Arts Records (Canada) WS 1824 (Stereo) from 1969. Hard to Find Original 1969 First Pressing Canadian Import Soundtrack from the Elia Kazan Movie Starring Kirk Douglas, Faye Dunaway, Debarah Kerr, Richard Boone and Hume Cronyn. Music Composed and Conducted by David Amram and features everything from Jazz to Classical to Spanish, Middle Eastern and Far Eastern influences. In the Original Shrinkwrapped Cover with NO promo markings or Barcode and on the Gold Warner Bros. Stereo labels. CONDITION The Sleeve is in its Original Shrink Wrap and in great shape. There is a cutout punch hole in the lower left corner and an old price tag (should be removable) on the shrink in the upper right, otherwise, pretty much perfect. Super solid with no splits, tears, stains, writing, etc. and would easily rate Near Mint as long as you don’t mind the cutout. The Vinyl is in pristine Glossy condition looking barely played. If you look really closely you can spot a couple slight scuffs and faint hairlines but still very close to New condition. At least EX visually and plays pretty much perfectly Near Mint. The labels are NM. If I provide Play Grades it is done as a courtesy but I only guarantee the Visual Grade. If you are not familiar with this grading system (or even if you think you are!), please check it out before bidding. I have summarized the important (i.e. I think everyone knows what Mint means) points below in Goldmine's words: Very Good Plus (VG+): Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. Very Good (VG): Surface noise will be evident upon playing,... Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. I stand by my grades but would like us to be on the same page so no problems arise. I have been selling Vintage Vinyl for over twenty years on the net and I can count the returns I've had on one hand so I believe my grading is fair and accurate. One important note, I try to grade to these Goldmine guides as best as I can understand and apply them. This gives us both a written standard to go by rather than having to guess. But.... it also means that I don't issue refunds over differences of opinion in grading i.e. "That's not MY idea of a VG record!" - I don't know what your standards are and, as such, can't grade to them. I guarantee that items I sell will meet my description, nothing more or less!
