ALL ART is shipped 1st class, tracked, insured, signature confirmed. Darwin Follrath was born in Arlington, Minnesota in 1909. He studied at the University of Minnesota and was mostly a self-taught artist. He joined the Minnesota Artist Association in the 1930s with artists Dewey Albinson and Clement Haupers. Follrath regularly exhibited at the museums in Minnesota as well as the Minnesota State Fair. He won first prize for his painting titled “Bend in the Mississippi” in 1938.
