Diobelle Cerna is a childrens book illustrator and character designer based in the Philippines. She graduated with a BFA in Advertising Arts. Her artworks are mostly based on characters and mundane scenes with combinations of textures and soft, muted colors. She loves to incorporate strong lighting in her artworks and has a passion for visual storytelling.
