Description: For sale is one: CLA by DAG - Leica Summicron M 35mm f/2 lens, black, pre-ASPH, V2 6 Elements, Wetzlar Germany CLA receipt, original box, both caps, and 12504 hood are included. The body of the lens shows very minimal wear from use. This lens was overhauled / serviced in December 2023 by DAG Don Goldberg. Here are his service notes: Summicron 35mm lens- cleaned, lubed, & adjusted complete overhaul, most of the haze came off, very small amount is permanent- The slight haze in the glass can be seen towards the edge of the back element and only with a bright light. For me its like having a fingerprint on the glass, it doesn't affect picture taking, and it could be missed if it isn't pointed out. Last six listing pictures I took with this lens in August 2024 and then in November 2024 under bright light conditions, you will see that the photos look normal. This lens has a small aperture tab that is sometimes referred to as a tiger paw. Selling because I rather just have the money for film processing and use my voigtlander 35mm f1.4 Priced as follows: V2 35mm Summicrons go for around $1500 USD. DAG service is over $250 USD without insured shipping to and from. This does not take into account that Wetzlar made versions of this lens, like the one listed here, cost a bit more than the Canada ones. Or the fact that I am including the lens hood here. With this all being said, I'll listen to reasonable offers. I have it listed l0cally on FB-MP as well, so if it sells there first I will take d0wn this listing.
