The shell has been repainted--probably quite some time ago--with custom decalling as well. This is not the most professional job, but it does look good especially with all the metal details. You can see the original owner put a lot of effort into this one. The metal handrail detail has been applied and looks good. Some are bent and some are broken. Powered. Scale couplers.
