Description: Listing description for "[Custom Keyboard] KBDFans KBD67 MKII PVD Laser 65% w/ Lilac Linear & Thic Thock Marshmallow Switches and GMK Laser Round 2 Keycaps" Selling this rare, discontinued custom 65% keyboard, as I don't need it anymore and want to free up space. List below are the specs of the keyboard, the condition they are in, and the overall description of the parts: + KBDfans KBD67 MKII PVD Laser 65% casing - The case is in excellent condition with little to no scratches. Hardly seen any of these in the wild, so they're pretty rare. Basically, a PVD version of the regular KBDFans MKII keyboards. + KBD67 V3 Mark II RGB Hot Swap PCB - PCB is in excellent condition. Bought this separately, as the KBD67 kit came with the soldered version (which I didn't like as much as the hotswap one). Pretty hard to get, as they seem to be OoS from the main shops. + Case foam (soldered version) - Pretty good condition overall. It was meant for a "soldered PCB' but works well with a hotswap one. + Brass plate (soldered version) - Works fine for the hotswap PCB. Keep in mind that it has some scratches and black "spots" around it (see pics # & #). Not sure what causes this and if it can be removed, but it doesn't hinder the stability of it or anything. It's in overall acceptable shape. + Lilca Linear Switches - Springs and switches are lubed with Krytox GPL 205 GD0 lube from Kinetic Labs. Every key (except the Home, PgUp, PgDn) has these switches. They originally had springs weighing at 62g, but were replaced with SPRiT MX Supreme 50g Springs for shorter actuation force (great for FPS games). Unfortunately, I DO NOT have the original springs that came with the Lilacs. These switches were also used and soldered onto different keyboard. Decided to have them soldered off and use them for this kit. It has solder markings on the bottom near the pins (as seen on pic #11) but this does not hinder functionality; only makes the pins easier to bend, so be careful if you decide to take them out. + Thic Thock Marshmallow Linear Switches - Also lubed with Krytox GPL 205 GD0 lube from Kinetic Labs with Deskeys films. They are only used for the Home, PgUp, and PgDn keys (3 in total), as I didn't have enough Lilac switches to complete it (see pic #4 & #5 for a visual). Has nice "poppy" springs that has an actuation force of 50g and a bottom-out of 68g. + Stock screw-in stabilizers from a Keychron Q1 V2 kit - The KBD67 kit did not originally come with any stabilizers, so decided to throw these in. They work well and are lubed with Krytox GPL 205 GD0 on both the housing and wires. Has fairly nice stability and I don't noticed much wobbling at all. + GMK Laser Round 2 Keycaps - Pretty good condition overall. Has some shine, (mainly on the WASD and left shift keys) but it is in solid shape overall. I decided to include the left over keycaps + the original box as well (see pics #14 & #15). + Generic black 6ft USB Type-C cable - The kit did not original come with a usb cable, so I decided to use this off brand one. List of miscellaneous items that are also included: + Small screw driver for the case screws (important if you want to take the case apart). + Left over SPRiT MX Supreme 50g Springs (don't have a use for them, so I'm just throwing them in). + 8 spare phillips head screws for the PCB/plate (in case you lose any of the those already attached). + KBDFans microfiber cloth + 2 layers of painters' tape on PCB (tape mod). Basically just makes the switches/keycaps sound deeper and "thockier." I've used this for all of my keyboards that I had built and this mod never caused problems. PLEASE PM ME FIRST FOR ANY QUESTIONS. I would glady provide answers to any serious inquires.
