This cowl should fit a head up to 23” but please understand the fit cannot be guaranteed because each head it shaped differently. You may have to pad the brow, the top of the head, or the back of the head. This cowl is made in BLACK urethane, the blue photo is just to show you the cowl sculpt. The cowl will come trimmed.
