The computer was never overclocked, or voltage changed on any component (all components ran at stock speeds). The computer was also cleaned thoroughly every end of the month from date of purchase (SEP- OCT 2021) to now (Current date: 4/26/2023). This current build is last gens top of the line and will surely last for years to come. I also have 3 new very high-quality fans installed in the front of the case (PH-F120T30 120MM Fans) which calculate out to $80+ but I did not include it in the cost because every case needs fans and there is not a reason to charge more for those.
