If you haven?t finished the steps for the Current Chief Scout?s Award you are currently working on when you?re ready to move on to the next section, you can finish them during your first term in that section.When you become a Scout for example, you can wear your Chief Scout?s Silver Award on your uniform until you earn your Chief Scout?s Gold Award. Each young person who participates in the Programme, including badges and awards, should face a similar degree of challenge, and requirements can be adapted according to each young person?s abilities.
