Description: Cuisinart 8" Carving/Slicing Knife and Chef's Knife both with their original sleeves. The carving knife measures 13" long with an 8" straight edge that has a black non-stick like coating on it and a black plastic handle that has a limited slip rubber coating on it. The Chef's knife measures 13.25" long with a straight edge blade that also has a black non-stick like coating on it and a plastic handle with a black limited slip rubber coating on it. Both knives are pre-owned and have been used, some of the non-stick coating has either been scratched off of flaked away from use, the limited slip coating on the carving knife does show some cracking but no flaking (I have run my hand around it and non of the coating has come off in my hand).
