Also remember that Crosman has made all of these parts obsolete so you can only go to one of there contracted gunsmiths. So I know this all for a fact eBay is the only place you can get these parts except some small gun shops who may have 2 or 3 parts for the 1077, even the largest air gun dealer Air Venturi only sells 2 parts for the 1077 and there retail branch Pyramid Air as well who sells on Amazon, all while Walmart & Amazon during the 3 months surrounding Christmas last year sold over 8,000 1077s knowing that Crosman would not sell parts to the public. If you don’t believe me call Crosman’s direct sales number eBay won’t let me list that number. That’s why I do this to help other 1077 owners to not get screwed. I wish I could do more but I am a forced retired man who has troubles just walking most days, so multiple trips to the post office a month is not possible. Not to mention the cost of transporting packages and gas isn’t cheep so I need to make a profit that is worth my time.
