Description: RARE Coty New York Flying Colors Triple Compact Gilt metal triple vanity compact designed to resemble spread eagle wings, red, white and blue enameled lipstick tube in center.Beautiful shiny gold enamel top wings and bottom with clear mirror and original puffs.Excellent condition from 1940's. Looks very pretty and impressive.Strong hinges and close securely.Measures 4 1/8" x 2 1/4". Marked Coty New York Excellent gently displayed condition - the rouge was barely used - the powder is gone and the lipstick is mostly used - the case is in excellent condtion with some signs of wear - scartches/marks/etc - see photos - a beautiful RARE showpiece. This has been in my mom's possession since the 1960s and has been displayed in a china cabinet. My parents are life-long collectors and slowly beginning to sell off their personal collections.
