The pressure gauge would indicate the vacuum pressure.Note:ifthere's any coolant remain in the coolant system, the coolant would be pushed out from the Outlet Hose. 4-Whilethevacuum pressure reaches over -80kpa or becomes still, close valve #1 and disconnect the shop air. 5-lf the pressure gauge remain still, there's no leak in the system. Put the inlet hose into the new coolant bucket.
