We can accept return, however the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to us and back and usually the shipping fees can be quite high. Using cold water and delicate settings will help to protect both the colors of your T-shirt and the print. Don’t use bleach or detergents with bleach additives. Do NOT let the garment remain in the dryer under high heat for an extended period of time. Never iron over or close to the design.INTERNATIONAL We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, USA and Canada, UK and most of the Europe. Please note that we are using Regular Australia Post and it doesn't have any tracking number. If you need a tracking option, than please ask us for a quote. International shipping can take up to 3-4 weeks, please be patient. By buying our product you take responsibility of paying all the duties and customs charges in your country. RETURNS You have 30 days to return your items (exclusion apply) for an exchange or full refund. The item must be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn with all the labels attached. We request you include your Order number or original receipt/invoice with your parcel. If you prefer a refund, it will be provided using your original payment method. If you want to exchange the product, please attach a note with the size required. All items must be posted using Australia Post or Courier of your choice. Return postage cost to us and back will be at your expense. You will have to provide us with one prepaid 500g Australia Post satchel when you return your item. Unfortunately, we don't allow pickups even if you live close to us.
