When the magnetic field contacts induction-ready cookware, electrons in the pan's metal move rapidly to create friction that heats the product. Only compatible with induction-ready cookware, this unit has a glass ceramic cooktop that withstands high temperatures and simplifies the cleaning process. When a pan is placed on it, the warmer automatically transmits energy to it, and if a pan is not in place, it does not use much energy, reducing energy consumption compared to traditional electric and gas equipment.This CookTek B651-D commercial induction warmer has four standard temperature settings and 11 optional settings within the temperature range of 80 and 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
