Looks to be mostly complete minus some screws and in fair cosmetic condition. Lots of photos, look them over and decide for yourself if it is something you want or need. I do not have the knobs. Although it appears to be mostly complete, I am selling this control panel assembly as pictured, as-is, display only, not working, for parts and repair, no returns for any reason. This part measures 23 1/4" long, 4 3/8" tall and 2 1/2" deep and weighs 3 lb. Package will measure 28” x 9” x 7” and weighs 6 lb. packed. Good, strong packing supplies/boxes including 2” thick hard Styrofoam to line the boxes will cost approximately $10 and FedEx Ground shipping (cheapest/ best handling ground service) for this large box including insurance will cost $30.
