The Print, which with the paper/cardboard frame, measures approx. 9" x 12", is in Very Good, not perfect, Condition. The corners have some wear and rounding; the front side top left-hand corner has an approx. 1/4" crease, there is an approx. 1/8" nick at the top left-hand edge, the bottom left-hand corner has an approx. 1/8" crease, the bottom right-hand edge has a tear in the plastic; the back side top right-hand corner has an approx. 1/16" crease, the bottom left-hand corner has an approx. 1/8" crease, there is some type of green residue at the right-center (with some paper loss) and edge (on the tape and plastic), there is separation in the plastic at the bottom right-hand corner.
