If we have your email address we will email you a prepaid Postage Form with a Returns Number, please attach this to your parcel and once received we will process your Return. If we do not have your email address we will provide you with a Returns Number which must be quoted on your parcel. Please obtain a receipt for your postage costs, we will refund the postage if the issue is the fault of Just Kampers. We will refund any delivery charges you've paid, provided you return the full order (UK orders only).If you are unable to check the goods upon receipt, please note "NOT CHECKED" on the delivery papers before you sign for the goods.
