Description: Hello! This auction is for a COMPLETE collection of ALL 44 Comemmorative, Definitive, Special and Priority Perforated stamp Issues AS WELL AS ALL 18 IMPERFORATE (NO DIE-CUT) ISSUES. This year set contains stamps With & Without Die-Cuts. These stamps are AUTHENTIC USPS issued postage stamps--beware of counterfeits of many of these issues!!! YOU WILL NOT FIND A CLEANER MINT NEVER HINGED YEAR SET. ALL STAMPS ARE FREE FROM FAULTS All Stamps are on their original backing paper and are Mint Never Hinged, of course. All Die-Cut stamps were cleanly separated from their respective panes if backing paper rouletting existed. If rouletting did not exist, surrounding stamps were removed and stamps were cut with backing paper margins around the entire stamp(s). Imperforate (No Die-Cut) issues were cleanly and evenly cut from uncut press sheets. All stamps are Forever stamps except where noted below. In 2022, the First-class letter 1oz rate increased from 58c to 60c and postcard from 40c to 44c . The non-machineable rate increased to 39c and the additional ounce rate increased to 24c. The one ounce global forever rate increased from $1.30 to $1.40. Postal stationery is not included in this collection.
