Description: This is a fully functional vintage Commodore 64 home computer with an original Commodore 64 box. The serial on this box does NOT match the system. The box is in very nice condition (See Pictures). It comes with everything you need to turn it on and use it: - Working Commodore 64 computer, in an original box - A Composite Video Cable - A power supplies. It is what is called a "Wall Wart" power supply, consisting of modern 5v DC and 9V AC power supplies plugged into a 6' extension cord. Not pretty but it works fine. I highly recommend that you NEVER use the original Commodore "Brick" power supply that came with the system as they are prone to failure after 30+ years and will damaged the computer by shorting and damaging multiple internal components. System is tested for basic functionality and given a full tested with a C64 Dead Test Cartridge System was opened and a full C64 Diagnostics Run with C64 Test Harness Any failures are fixed, including but not limited to board level repairs, replacement of PLA, replacement of 6510, replacement of CIAs, replacement of SID, replacement of individual memory ICs, logic ICs, fuses, DIN ports, etc. until diagnostics pass completely with no failures. Keyboards are tested for functionality of every key Video output tested the DIN video connection with the included cable. Heat sinks are attached to all of the chips that get Hot. A big one is used on the VIC II chip, which gets hot and replacements are now expensive and rare. Systems are given a cleaning, but has not been retro-brited
