These may be Advanced chips for Mega Man Battle Network 4 and 4.5. Some labels can be "muddy" due to the glue used by Japanese manufacturers. An unfortunate aspect of Japanese chip collecting is that even sealed products often contain "darkened" chips. (This is not the case for US or Korean Advance battle chips; those are very quality and clean!) Progress and Link chips are much cleaner and less prone to issues.
