Cocobolo changes color and darkens over time to a rich dark brown as you can see in the pics of a piece cut in 3 to show this change. These are custom made to your specifications by me in my one man shop. I have made hundreds of totes and knobs for Stanley, Lie Nielsen, and other hand planes and chisels.
