Description: The Clearaudio Jubilee Panzerholz V2.1 MC CartridgeThe best way to describe the sound of the Jubilee MC cartridge is it’s detailed and revealing without sounding dry or clinical, and is refined and very natural sounding with wonderful depth to the three dimensional sound stage. Female vocals are to die for – think Patricia Barber, Diana Krall, Shelby Lynn, Jacintha. And male jazz/easy listening vocals such as Nat King Cole, Sinatra, Dean Martin, Johnny Hartman, Chet Baker, and even for mono recordings such as Analog Production’s reissue of Julie London’s “Juilie’s Her Name” – you get the idea. The Jubilee MC is Clearaudio's best performance for value cartridge that sells for $6,600 new compared to their top of the line Goldfinger at $17,500.The "baby Goldfinger" in the words of Clearaudio’s U.S. distributer:“Dubbed the “baby Goldfinger”, the Jubilee MC v2.1 is the only Clearaudio moving coil phono cartridge with a body created from Panzerholz, a high-tech, natural wood product manufactured in Germany. This remarkable material already contributes to the exceptional performance of our best turntables, thanks to its high density, high strength and extremely low resonance. Despite being dense enough to sink in water and strong enough to be bullet-proof, Panzerholz is also surprisingly light in weight, making it the perfect cartridge body material. A very special paint and polish finish, borrowed from the elite violin makers of our local area, create a fine musical transducer. The Jubilee MC v2.1 uses the fully symmetrical v2 generator, twelve-finger body design with tapped metal inserts, and solid boron rod cantilever with clearaudio Prime Line stylus.”Ken Kessler’s review in Hi-Fi News: https://www.hifinews.com/content/clearaudio-jubilee-mc-cartridgeHours Calculation:This Clearaudio Jubilee MC cartridge was manufactured on March 30th 2022 (see photo of paper work). I purchased it in July of 2022 and it has only been used on the weekends, except for the weeks I travel for business or on vacation. Generally, on Saturday evenings, I listen for about an hour while I sip my scotch before dinner; on Sunday afternoons, I listen for about two hours. So, that’s approximately 12 hours a month, and I’ve owned it for 22 months, so 264 hours. Then subtract my out of town travel which is a minimum of two months out of the year (24 hours), and we’re down to 240 hours. So, to give you the benefit of the doubt, let’s leave it there and just say “less than 240 hours” because even when I’m in town, I don’t listen on weekends when we’re out socializing, etc. This cartridge was meticulously cared for in a high-end system mounted on a Clearaudio Universal 12" tonearm on a Clearaudio Innovation Wood turntable in a pet-free and smoke-free home.>>>(My Shipping Policy:)<<<1) I am giving you FREE expedited, air shipment (usually 2 day delivery) to addresses within the contiguous U.S.2) You or an authorized person in your household must be present at the time of delivery to sign for receiving.3) My shipping days are Monday - Wednesday4) All sales final.>>>(Specifications:)<<
