The final shipping fee will be given after the transaction is completed. Shipments via freight to a residential address will be charged a $75 fee and a lift gate fee of $75. These fees are in addition to the shipping fee listed. All local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or shipping fee. Regular shipments will take between 3-5 business days and freight shipments will take between 3-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. RETURN INFORMATIONAfter receiving the item, buyer must contact us within 3-4 business days to contact us with any problems. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as, all included items. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 business day period. Partial refund is also available if buyer choose to keep item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Filing a claim should be reserved as a last resort to solving an issue.
