You can add autos, people, and other accessories to bring it all to life! Previous model building experience recommended. Not included but probably needed are: a hobby knife, sandpaper and plastic cement. Vehicles and figures not included. Note: Building dimensions are given as Width x Depth x Height. Measurements do not include building base, signage, fire escapes, overhangs, or ornamentation (if included with buildings). Previous modeling experience recommended. To enhance the aesthetic and realistic qualities of this building, parts have been designed and manufactured in scale proportions. As a result, some parts are fragile and require care in assembly.
