Description: Used but in excellent condition Chuggington Interactive Railway- Old Puffer Pete's Steam Around Old Town Playset. All the pieces are included except the little measuring cup. The train engine makes noise like it should when the button is pushed. The red light on the top back of the engine does not light up.The steam whistle piece (last picture) does not seem to fully work. When water is put in it, it is supposed to start steaming, which it did not when I tested it. The steam whistle piece has a button that when pushed is supposed to make a whistling noise. When the switch on the piece is turned to the "On" position, the button does not do anything when pushed. However, when the switch it turned to the "Try Me" position, the button does work every time it is pushed.The instructions are somewhat crumpled and have a couple rips in it, which have been taped. They are still very readable.
