Description: Original head from walk around Chuck E Cheese costume. Has a bicycle/hockey helmet built in - original tag inside. One ear is loose and needs a nut inside to tighten it. There is no real damage to the head outside of the missing eyebrow and maybe some other details that a CEC collector would know better than me.
